Heart-pumping cardio in whatever flavor speaks to you. Boot Camp and Boxing Fusion bring drill-style intensity and athletic challenge.

Oula, Pound, Barre Fitness, and Yoga Sculpt turn cardio into music-driven movement. Either way, you'll leave breathless, energized, and smiling!

AAA Strength+ , Boot Camp, Mat Pilates, and Functional Strength help you grow muscle, master form, create stability, and build the kind of strength that shows up in every part of your life.

Our recommended formula for a well-rounded week:

2 Build + 2 Burn + 1 Breathe

This combo builds strength, gets your heart rate up, and gives your body the recovery it deserves.

Your week is yours.

Adjust your class choices based on what you're after, and what you have time for.

  • Want to build muscle and strength? Stack 3 Build + 1 Burn + 1 Breathe. (Aim for at least 24-48 hours between Build classes)

  • Trying to increase cardio and burn fat? 2 Burn + 2 Build + 1 Breathe.

  • Wanting to feel better in your body? 2 Breathe + 1 Burn + 1 Build, plus an Assisted Stretch or Align Posture session.

  • New to fitness? Try one of each category and see what speaks to you.

  • Doing it all? The 2+2+1 mix is your friend.

  • Want to just show up and enjoy the vibes? Do that. Movement is medicine for your body AND your spirit. Pick whatever class sounds good that day, and let the community do the rest.
