Our recommended formula for a well-rounded week:
2 Build + 2 Burn + 1 Breathe
This combo builds strength, gets your heart rate up, and gives your body the recovery it deserves.
Your week is yours.
Adjust your class choices based on what you're after, and what you have time for.
Want to build muscle and strength? Stack 3 Build + 1 Burn + 1 Breathe. (Aim for at least 24-48 hours between Build classes)
Trying to increase cardio and burn fat? 2 Burn + 2 Build + 1 Breathe.
Wanting to feel better in your body? 2 Breathe + 1 Burn + 1 Build, plus an Assisted Stretch or Align Posture session.
New to fitness? Try one of each category and see what speaks to you.
Doing it all? The 2+2+1 mix is your friend.
Want to just show up and enjoy the vibes? Do that. Movement is medicine for your body AND your spirit. Pick whatever class sounds good that day, and let the community do the rest.

Class Descriptions

AAA+ = Arms, Abs & Assets… and then some!
Strong arms, ignited core, powered-up glutes, plus a rotating "+" (mobility, balance, power, or even another focused muscle group.) No two classes are alike. You pick your path. Each lift is 45 seconds:
Path 1🔥 Endure: Great for all fitness levels. Focus on muscular endurance & metabolic demand with minimal rest using dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight. Builds stamina, torches calories, improves cardiovascular health, with a joint-friendly approach.
Path 2🏋️ Build: For intermediate to advanced lifters with the technical skill to safely handle heavier loads. Grab a weight that challenges you; by rep 6–8, your muscles will be gassed. Build strength, hypertrophy, and muscle density on this path.
Our instructors coach form, weight selection, and adjustments on the fly.
Both paths get results.
If you are a beginner or seasoned lifter , AAA+ is a safe space to sweat, smile, and embrace what your body can do.

Examples: weights, kettle bells, resistance loops, BOSUs, resistance bands, and more.
