A woman with blonde braids, wearing a maroon long sleeve shirt, black pants, and hiking shoes, is balancing on one leg on a large rock by a body of water. She has a gray backpack and a small black pouch, and is smiling with arms raised in a victory pose. The background shows a mountain range, trees, and a cloudy sky.

Living with chronic pain, Nickie believes movement is medicine. She designs sustainable, inclusive programs for every age and ability. Whether it's your first class or your thousandth, you'll be seen the moment you walk in.

Her love of fitness started as a teenager, during weight training classes, and other PE electives. After earning a degree in English Education & Theatre Arts from Cal State Long Beach, she returned to fitness, and began teaching at community centers, gyms, and in corporate wellness settings, before opening The Warehouse in 2013.
