Karla lives in Rosemount with her husband and their four amazing kids. When she's not at The Warehouse, you'll find her road cycling, training on Zwift, or out on the easy MTB trails soaking up the scenic views.

Karla has been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor for over a decade, with certifications across PiYo, P90X Live, Barre Connect, Mat Pilates, Youth Fitness, and Indoor Group Cycling. At The Warehouse, she teaches Bootcamp, Circuits, Boxing Fusion, and AAA Strength +.

After two total hip replacements, Karla spent three months barely weight-bearing and came out the other side stronger than ever. That experience shaped her teaching: she builds her classes around exercises that celebrate what your body can do, including modifications for anyone working through their own challenges. And yes, she really does love Burpees.
