Josie grew up in Rosemount, where she played soccer and volleyball before heading to the University of Wisconsin–Madison to study Global Health, Spanish, and Business. Today she works in finance as a Wealth Manager at the finanical firm, Accredited Investors.

Josie first walked through The Warehouse doors as a middle schooler for her soccer and volleyball team's cross-training program. She came back as a member during summers home from college, and after graduating and moving back to Minnesota, she knew she wanted to join the training team. She earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential after graduation.

At The Warehouse, Josie brings a lifelong athlete's love of movement and a coach's patience. She's passionate about helping people become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves and she's excited every time she gets to be part of someone's fitness journey.
