Studio Policies & House Rules

Clear policies help us deliver better service and keep building the community you love. Here's everything in one place.

Please give it a read! 💜

House Rules

Help us, help you! During class our trainers do their best to help each person, but some questions or modifications apply just to you. Feel free to chat with us before or after class so you have the best experience every time you walk through our doors.

Hydrate All class participants must have a water bottle. Please hydrate during and after your workout.

Pre-register for your classes Pre-registration guarantees your spot and helps our team manage class sizes, prep equipment, and customize the workout. It keeps our schedule running smoothly so you get the most out of every visit!

Be fresh There's no easy way to say it: wear your deodorant and wash your clothes. We're all working hard and sweating in close quarters.

Child policy We don't mind if you bring kids, but for everyone's safety we need your full cooperation:

  • You are in charge of your kids. We do not offer childcare. Choose a spot on the workout floor where you can keep a connection with them while they sit in the waiting area.

  • Keep voices down and guide them to seated activities (reading, educational iPad games, etc.). Limit toys from home.

No Play-Doh. No balls. Unattended toys are a tripping hazard in our small space.

  • Our instructors and staff are not responsible for watching your kids.

  • During class, kids may not enter the workout floor or use any equipment; no exceptions. This is a serious safety and liability issue.

  • If your kids are unable to follow these rules, we'll have to ask you to leave. We never want to do that, which is why we ask for your cooperation and leadership.

Save the chit-chat Our classes are bubbling with energy; fist bumps, song lyrics, belly laughs! But key parts of class need your undivided attention for safety and out of respect for your workout pals, your instructor, and the experience as a whole. Please save the detailed catch-ups for before and after class.

Hybrid/filmed classes We have a robust online community, so we offer hybrid classes and film many of them for the Warehouse On Demand Library. There's a high chance you could be on camera. If you'd prefer not to be filmed, let us know upon arrival or text ahead at 651-983-8368 and we'll do our best to help you find a spot that is out of frame.

Unplug When in your day do you truly get to focus just on yourself? Please silence your devices and leave them with your belongings in the lobby so you can fully unplug and be present. Exceptions: on-call first responders/medical providers, or special circumstances; just let a team member know you need access to your device.

Cleanliness matters We aim to keep The Warehouse clean, orderly, and safe. After class, please wipe down the equipment you used before putting it back. If you see something that needs our attention, please speak up.

Code of Conduct

The Warehouse is a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone deserves to feel safe and respected.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat fellow members, guests, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy.

  • Respect personal space, shared equipment, and the studio environment.

  • Follow the direction of instructors and staff, who are here to keep class safe and welcoming for all.

Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status will not be tolerated.

Right to Refuse Service

The Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a membership or package, or remove any individual from the premises, without refund, for behavior that violates our Code of Conduct or House Rules, threatens the safety or comfort of others, or disrupts the studio environment. We make these decisions thoughtfully and always with the safety and wellbeing of our community in mind.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation window: Please cancel at least 12 hours before class start time. Cancellations made within the window free up your spot for someone else.

No-show (not canceling and not attending): The class is deducted from your package, or a $25 fee is charged to unlimited members.

Waitlist: If you're on the waitlist and get added to a class, the same cancellation rules apply, so please remove yourself if your plans change.

Grace: Life happens. Everyone gets one waived late-cancel/no-show per quarter. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Memberships, Holds, Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: Monthly memberships auto-renew. To cancel, we require 30 days' written notice. Your membership stays active (and billable) through that 30-day period.

Holds: We offer up to a 30-day hold on memberships. Please request your hold in advance so we can set it up for you.

Refunds: We do not issue refunds for unused classes or sessions.

Non-transferable: Memberships, class packs, and service packages are for your use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Family deal: Love sharing The Warehouse with your family? Add a membership for a family member and save $20/month on their monthly membership. (Family discounts apply to monthly autopay memberships only, not class packs or service packages.)

Declined payments: If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry your card for a few days. Please update your payment info within 7 days to keep your account active. After 7 days, booking privileges may be paused until the balance is resolved, and memberships unpaid after 30 days may be canceled.

Class Pack & Service Expiration Policy

To keep things running smoothly, The Warehouse will no longer extend expiration dates on class packs or services if the request is made after the class pack or service package has expired.

If you need a pause or adjustment, please contact us before your expiration date. This helps us provide consistent service and prevents account corrections on our end.

To view your expiration dates in the app:

  1. Click "Account" at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click "Plans & Credits"

  3. View your packages under "Current Plans" and use the caret (˅) to see details

➡️ Email us with a requested extension date before your expiration date and we'll gladly explore available options: nickie@nickiecarriganfitness.com

Guest Passes

Some of our memberships and packages come with guest passes.

To use one:

  • You must attend class with your guest and book them into class.

  • Be sure to select "Guest Pass" as the payment method, otherwise it will default to your credit card.

  • No refunds will be issued for missing this step, but you can request an account credit if we're notified within 24 hours.

All guests must complete a signed waiver before participating.

Feeling Under the Weather? Stay Home

If you're sick or contagious, please rest and recover at home. We work out in close quarters, and keeping germs out of the studio protects the whole community. If illness causes you to miss class within the cancellation window, just reach out, we'll work with you.

Shoes & Floor

For most classes, healthy bare feet, clean indoor shoes, and grip socks are all welcome. Please bring clean, dry shoes (no outdoor footwear straight off the street) to help us keep the floor safe and clean.

Service Animals

To protect the health and safety of our members and the cleanliness of our space, only service animals (as defined by the ADA) are permitted at The Warehouse. Pets and emotional support animals cannot be accommodated. Service animals must remain under their handler's control at all times and out of the workout area.

Minimum Age

The minimum age to participate is 12. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Inclement Weather

We do our best to keep The Warehouse open and running, but safety is our top priority. We'll make every effort to contact members in a reasonable timeframe for last-minute weather-related closures.

Liability Waiver

All participants (and the parent/guardian of any minor) must complete our Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Photo/Video Release before participating. It covers medical clearance and health status, personal responsibility for safe participation, our rules and equipment use, photo/video release, specialized services (Therabody RecoveryAir, Corrective Exercise, Assisted Stretch, Personal Training), virtual/Zoom participation, and responsibility for dependents and minors. Please read it carefully before signing.

A Few More Things

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home.

We care about each of you and appreciate your support in helping The Warehouse run smoothly and sustainably. Clear policies help us deliver better service and continue building the community you love. 💜
